10.4.7 update is available along with a list of updates on Apple's Support Site and can also be downloaded via Software Update! There are not apparent changes as of yet, but a lot of fixes have been implemented.
EDIT: Apparently, the whine on the MacBook Pro's has been fixed. Two-finger right-click has been added to the 15in. MBP as well! No two-finger right-clicking on PowerBooks or iBooks, though. :( Typical Apple.
