Sony Ericsson Phone as HID

Have a Sony Ericsson phone? Well, ever since the K700i (possibly even earlier) was released, Sony Ericsson phones with Bluetooth have supported HID (Human Interface Device, i.e. keyboard/mouse) profiles. So why would anyone want to use this feature? Well one reason would be to control Front Row if you've installed in on an unsupported machine. You could also create a HID profile to control various apps such as iTunes or Quicktime, but the the most useful profile would probably be for Front Row. Head over to Sony Ericsson's website and pick up Bluetooth Remote Control 2.2 for either Windows or OS X here.
